At Brown Nest, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality tea products. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.


📦 1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product packaging is tampered or defective

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Opened or used products

⏱️ 2. Return Request Time

👉 You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

🔄 3. Replacement Policy

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no extra cost
  • In some cases, we may not require the product to be returned

💸 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not available
  • The issue cannot be resolved

👉 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days


🚚 5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will cover all costs
  • No return shipping is applicable for non-eligible cases
